This appointment will consist of 2 CGM sensors (28 day supply) and a 15 minute pre consultation with a CGM specialist. During this appointment, they will make sure the sensor is appropriate for you, how to set up the app on your phone, how to apply the sensor, and how to use the sensors. ****Please Read Before Booking**** This appointment is recommended only for those who are 18 y/o and older!
