Payment, Return, and Refund Policy

We strive to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Payment Policy

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Your credit card payment will be charged immediately when purchasing products or packages.  

Supplements and/or Detox Kit(s)

We do not offer any returns for purchases made on supplements or the detox kits. 

If a product defect on the box is noted, we can send another to replace. To do so, make sure:

  • Items must be in new condition, unused with original packaging
  • You must return the item to us within 14 days of the receipt of purchase. 
  • If you open a container(s) or bottle(s) that exist in a detox, regimen or kit, there will be NO refund for that detox, regimen or kit. NO EXCEPTIONS

 

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 4pm Est, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.
